What is StationFlow?
StationFlow is a business platform built for independent beauty professionals who want more than a booking app. It helps you manage your clients, consultations, schedule, and money while surfacing the follow-ups, opportunities, and next actions that can help grow your book.
Does StationFlow include online booking?
Absolutely. Clients can see your availability and book with you online — but booking is only one part of StationFlow. The platform is designed to help you manage the entire client relationship, before, during, and after the appointment.
Who is StationFlow built for?
Independent beauty professionals who are running their own business and want more visibility, more control, and more help growing the book they've built — stylists, colorists, lash artists, nail techs, brow specialists, estheticians.
Do my clients need an account?
Yes, but it is easy. Clients create a lightweight account as they book, so they can manage appointments, forms, payments, and rebooking without extra back-and-forth.
How does payment work?
Take deposits, full prepay, or pay-at-chair. We support Apple Pay, and all major payment processing provided by Stripe. Payouts hit your bank in 1–2 business days.
Can you help me get set up?
Yes. We offer free white-glove onboarding to help you bring your business into StationFlow and get comfortable with the platform. Bring your clients by CSV from Square, Vagaro, GlossGenius, or your contacts — we'll dedupe and map fields automatically.
What does it cost?
$0 for your first 30 days. After that, $69/mo flat — no per-booking fees, no transaction surcharges beyond Stripe's standard processing.
